Passes & Refunds
Where passes are sold, and what happens if a night cannot go ahead.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Passes are not currently sold through this website or the Rajpath Navratri app. Pricing and booking channels for Navratri 2026 have not been announced yet. Nothing on this site takes a payment today.
When booking opens, this page will be updated with the full purchase and refund terms that apply, before any pass goes on sale.
1. Where passes are sold
Booking channels for Navratri 2026 will be confirmed on the Passes page. BookMyShow is the event's ticketing partner.
If you buy through a ticketing partner, that partner's own purchase, cancellation and refund terms apply to the transaction, alongside the event rules on this page. Keep your booking confirmation and booking ID — you will need it for any query.
Buy only from official channels. Passes bought from an unofficial seller or resold privately may be refused at the gate, and we cannot help you recover that money.
2. Are passes refundable?
Passes for Rajpath Navratri are issued for a specific festival and a specific night or set of nights. Once a pass has been issued it is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where stated below or where required by law.
3. Rain, weather and natural causes
This is the organisers' published rule, printed on the pass:
If the programme cannot take place because of rain or natural changes, no refund of any kind will be given.
વરસાદ કે કુદરતી ફેરફારને કારણે પ્રોગ્રામ થઈ શકે નહિ તો કોઈપણ જાતનું રીફંડ મળશે નહી.
Navratri is an open-ground festival and the weather is outside anybody's control. Please take this into account before booking.
4. Refused or withdrawn entry
Entry may be refused or withdrawn under the ground rules — for example where a person has consumed intoxicants, is found misbehaving, or refuses security screening. In these cases no refund or compensation of any kind is given. The full rules are on the Venue page.
5. Changes to the programme
Timings, the artist line-up and the running order may change, and any change required by government order is binding on everyone. A change of artist or timing is not by itself a ground for a refund.
6. If the event is cancelled
If the organisers cancel the festival outright, we will publish what happens next on this page and in the app, including any refund arrangement and how to claim it. Where you booked through a ticketing partner, refunds would be processed back through that partner to your original payment method.
7. Problems with a pass
If you have booked but your pass has not appeared in the app, first close and reopen the app so it can re-check your booking. If it is still missing, contact us with your booking ID and the mobile number you booked with and we will sort it out.
