Terms & Conditions
The rules for using the Rajpath Navratri app and for entering the ground.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These terms apply to the Rajpath Navratri app, this website, and entry to Rajpath Navratri 2026 at Jawahar Maidan, Bhavnagar. By using the app or entering the ground, you accept them.
1. Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone and your OTP to yourself.
- Give correct details. A pass issued against wrong information may be refused at the gate.
- Your account is bound to your device. Signing in on a new phone may need re-verification.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including passes you create for people in your group.
2. Passes
- One pass admits one named person. Passes are personal and non-transferable.
- A season pass covers all ten nights — 11 to 20 October 2026. It must be brought in full; entry is not given on a single-day cut counter.
- A single-night pass is valid only for the date shown on it.
- Each QR is scanned once. A screenshot forwarded to somebody else will be rejected at the gate.
- You must carry your pass personally when entering the ground.
- Children below five years of age enter free and do not need a pass.
- We may ask for photo ID to confirm a pass belongs to you.
3. Pricing and booking
Pass pricing for Navratri 2026 has not yet been announced, and passes are not sold through this website or the app at present. When booking opens, the rates, the channels and any booking terms will be published on the Passes page. See also Passes & Refunds.
4. Entry and conduct on the ground
The organisers' official ground rules apply in full and are reproduced, with the original Gujarati, on the Venue page. In summary:
- Entry to the ground is at your own risk. The organisers hold no responsibility for injury or physical harm.
- Anyone who has consumed intoxicants will not be given entry.
- Gutkha, tobacco, smoking and other intoxicants are not permitted.
- Anyone found misbehaving may be removed from the ground, with no refund or compensation of any kind.
- Damage caused to the ground must be compensated by the person responsible.
- The organisers hold no responsibility of any kind for parked vehicles.
- Security screening applies at the gate and the ground is under CCTV surveillance.
- The canteen and the light decoration are given out on contract; the organisers hold no responsibility for them.
The organisers reserve the right of admission, and the right to refuse or withdraw entry in line with these rules.
5. Changes, weather and cancellation
- Timings, the artist line-up and the programme may change. We will announce changes in the app and on this website.
- If the programme cannot take place because of rain or natural causes, no refund of any kind is given.
- Any change required by government order is binding on everybody.
6. Photography
The festival is photographed and filmed. By entering the ground you accept that you may appear in event photographs or video, and that these may be used to promote Rajpath Navratri. To have a published photograph of yourself removed, write to us.
7. Using the app properly
You agree not to:
- Copy, forge, resell or tamper with a pass or its QR code.
- Use another person's account or pass.
- Attempt to break into, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or our servers.
- Use the app for anything unlawful.
We may suspend an account and cancel its passes, without refund, if these rules are broken.
8. Availability
We work to keep the app and this website running, particularly on event nights, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Your pass is stored on your phone and works without a network connection at the gate.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or your attendance at the event. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law
